June's Art Contest: Trafficking

We are currently accepting submissions for June's Cover Page Art Contest: Trafficking. We welcome literal and abstract interpretations. So, your art may cover freedom from trafficking instead of the darkness and evil and heartbreak of trafficking.

All artists who pay for a single or double-page spread in Women in Art 278 Magazine qualify for the cover page contest. Artists must provide a write up about the art they submit and how it connects with the theme. We welcome the write up in the artist's native language (in fact, we encourage it!).

How long should the write up be? It should be a minimum of 500 words but can easily write up to 1500 words or more. If you have any questions, we encourage you to read our Guidelines and Commonly asked Questions. The deadline to submit (for all issues) is on the 25th of the month. Art must be 300dpi, without any digital watermark and photographed well. Click here for our blog about how to photograph artwork successfully.

Please note, the artwork submitted for individual artist pages does not need to connect to the cover page contest theme.
